We only had one tiny issue with the battery on the door lock, Thayer took care of it instantly. We were very happy with everything to do with our rental.

We would stay again. Pictures were accurate and Thayne was responsive to questions. Great location and the backyard was the absolute best. Cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed. Beds were firm, which worked for some in our party, less so for others. Pros: Cleaning crew did an amazing job, not a speck of dust anywhere. Great neighborhood with two parks nearby for walks and more kid fun. Trampoline and playhouse we're perfect for the kids. They liked them better than the park. Plenty of soap and supplies for our large group. Tons of storage around so we didn't feel cramped with stuff everywhere. Cons: Minor really, we had issues with the master bathtub and upstairs bath faucets. We made due with the master shower and downstairs bath. I was surprised there weren't kids cups and bowls considering the house is so kid-centric. Popped over to the store and picked up our own, minor inconvenience.
