Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Whether its a short work trip or an event, you will be very comfortable in this cosy space. Enjoy the private south facing outdoor space, alternately under Egyptian cotton, natural goose and down quilt in bed whilst watching your favourite shows on the 43" LCD smart tv or at the breakfast bar catching up on emails, planning your day whilst drinking fresh coffee or a variety of tea on offer. Light snacks, clean towels, bottled water included. The apartment has no shared facilities and is accessed via separate door from a communal entrance and exit at ground floor level within the main building. Your accommodation is at the lower ground floor .

Great little spot for a work trip. Easy to access and find which made it a great little stay. Highly recommend to everyone!

A beautifully appointed apartment. Very clean and with modern furnishings. A short walk to the bus stop and therefore easy to get into the city centre from there. Well worth the cost. I had a really enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing stay up in Nottingham whilst being accommodated here, the place was lovely and quiet! The bed was amazingly comfortable also. Book with Dominic today!:)

Although there were issues with cleanliness, a broken toilet lid, the Wi-Fi not working properly, Dominic was very responsive and has acknowledged the issues and should be sorting these out. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.
