Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned. The master bedroom has 2 single-sized bunk beds and drawers. The second bedroom has 1 double-sized bunk bed, drawers, desk, and chair. The kitchen has a stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, rice cooker, kitchen utensils and equipment. The living area has a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, an L-shaped sofa, center table, board and card games, an electric fan, a karaoke, and a Bluetooth speaker. The dining area has a 4-seater dining set. Easy check-in with a smart digital lock. The code will be sent after the security deposit has been received. Early check-in will depend on availability and will incur an extra charge. Late check-in is allowed. Pools are open from Monday to Wednesday and Friday; Thursdays are for cleaning and maintenance; and weekends and holidays are reserved for unit owners. A P200 pool fee per head applies. Pets are allowed but, they need to weigh less than 25 pounds and stand 15 inches in height as per condominium policy. They should also be in diapers and have a pet carrier. Max of 2 pets only, P300.00 pet fee per day.
