Outstanding house! Julian was great!

Place is fantastic. Julian is super responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the home (always put the key right back in the lockbox), but Julian quickly got us access again. The home is beautiful, comfortable and the walk to the beach is a stone’s throw. Very peaceful & the location is secluded, except for neighbors. One thing to consider, the plot next door is under construction (at least during our stay). They didn’t actually work while we were there, but they could’ve. It would’ve been quite noisy and worker’s would be present and could clearly see into the master bedroom, as beautiful glass windows stretch from floor to ceiling. But Julian was upfront about that possibility as something to consider before booking. All together we had an amazing stay at this wonderful home! Would definitely return. Thank you Julian.

Julian was a fantastic host. This property was absolutely incredible for our small gathering. We will remember it forever! This place is straight out of a Malibu dream! Perfection. Thanks Julian!
