There was a great deal of attention to detail to make our stay great! From the black makeup towels, white plush bath sheets, umbrellas and coolers to borrow - a very clean home, beautiful dishes and glassware we didn’t want to leave! The grounds were well manicured and we practically lived at the pool! It’s the perfect distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. The welcome basket with a personalized note was a super sweet touch and the snacks came in handy after flying all day. The decor in the house was top notch! The light fixtures, art work and accessories - the best feature is the upstairs patio. Scenic views of the neighborhood and very peaceful. Looking forward to visiting the Hous again.

I have stayed in a lot of places literally all over the world and I have never experienced an Airbnb that was so beautifully designed with such great attention to detail. They truly thought of everything to ensure a perfect stay. We booked this last minute and Adrienne responded immediately and was able to quickly accommodate our group for check in just a couple hours after I inquired about booking. There was even a hand written note upon our arrival. It's obvious that they put so much thought, time & effort into the property, truly creating an unforgettable brand that delivers an exceptional experience. The neighborhood is awesome- it's the perfect gated beachside location that is super safe and still close to Old San Juan. I cannot say enough great things about Hous- I'll be recommending it to everyone & we will definitely be back! :)

The main hous was spacious and very clean. All the bedrooms are on the second floor and the main floor is an open living space great for a group to hang out. We loved having an en suite bathroom for all 3 bedrooms and there was a private deck off the second floor that we used every morning for breakfast. The pool is so relaxing and is right outside the sliding door off the living room. The pool is shared with the other guests on the property but we never seemed to overlap that much so it felt private. It was only a few blocks to walk to the beach and to the main restaurants in the area so it was very convenient and we didn't need to use our car locally. There were also beach chairs and plenty of towels, which is always a nice amenity. Adrienne & Chad were great hosts & very communicative. It was overall a great experience and we hope to come to stay again the next time we are in PR.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful, stylish and comfortable home. The hosts were wonderful - extremely helpful, kind and responsive to all our needs. The pool was a nice luxury. We're happy to recommend this home to others.
