This place was perfect for a snowy weekend getaway for my bf, bff, me and our 2 dogs. The open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room was a great communal place. The bedrooms allowed us to have our own space/privacy as needed. Loved the mudroom at the entrance. Everything was as described and expected!

Looked exactly like the photos but place is a lot smaller than expected. There is no true master and every room is pretty small along with the bathrooms. We only stayed here for 2 nights but felt that if we stayed any longer, we would’ve gotten cabin fever since the place was a lot smaller than we expected and we had 7 adults and 3 dogs. It was able to fit us all but felt cramped at times. The kitchen wasn’t the most ideal for cooking since there is no vent for the stove so we had to open all windows and use the ceiling fan for ventilation. One of the rooms near the kitchen had to have the door closed at all times when cooking due to this issue. There were also only 8 forks which was a hassle to wash after every meal. Despite what was mentioned, the house is fine but would probably find another place next time.

Very nice and cozy cabin. Great location that is close to Pallisades, state line, and town. The property company is not super flexible with early check ins and check outs as they try to charge you an arm and a leg for even an hour earlier check in. Other than that they were super responsive to questions and the place was as advertised. Would stay again.

Overall had a good time at the house we rented. Considering the time spent here are some pros and cons: Pro's: - Very cozy place, pretty well equipped for a group of 8 people. Plenty of supplies, towels, kitchen stuff - Enjoyed the decors - The Tahoe NORTH team was very responsive, no matter of the question. Cons: - Fridge did not cool down entire time spent there (apparently long time issue, if you read the comments). Never dropped below 48 degrees. - Coffee maker needs to be replaced. The kitchen lighting damaged the appliance, making it unusable. - Place felt a bit small for a group of 8 people. The biggest let-down for us was the locked hot tub (apparently seasonal - we did not read closely enough), but is it not the most fun to stay in a hot tub when it's snowing? Would I recommend the place? When the issues will be addressed - yes, but only for a group smaller than 8, in my opinion.
