There is a reserved parking for the unit you stay in. The apartment was clean and very spacious. It is ADA accessible. The kitchen has minimal cookware, no seasonings, or extras like trash bags, and paper towels. Bedrooms were clean and mattresses were very comfy and were equipped with Tvs. No curtains on the windows, so there was a bright light from the parking lot shining thru. Couches and chair in living room were clean, free from stains. The 1st bathroom needs some type of stand. Considering it's ADA apartment, someone who is wheelchair bound would have a hard time with getting their toiletries together, because there is no place to put them. The location was very convenient from the highway and Beach Blvd. It's a restaurant right on corner as well. This place is definitely worth the book, and Brenda was on top of everything, very fast with corresponding.
