Our group of guys loved this airbnb, and it was a perfect location to many bars and restaurants in OTR! Chris and Chris were highly proactive and responsive during our stay, and we have zero bad things to say about this place! Super cool spot and highly recommend.

This place ended up being a lot bigger than expected which still worked out perfect for our group. The only thing I didn't like was the owners (or corporation/business) stopped responding to me once I asked about the amount of guests allowed at the location before the 9/9:30 time frame that they listed on their instructions. Otherwise, everything worked out fine. All the rules and $500 deposit seem daunting. But if you trust your friends/family that you will be hosting here, it is an EXCELLENT stay. I would even recommend this place as a nice weekend gathering for current residents that would simply like to host a larger gathering with more space. If you're looking for privacy, note that all the beds are in open areas. No doors. Everything is open concept/loft like. Still super nice. We didn't take advantage of the rooftop really but it was a nice add to the place as well. A bit pricey, but if you got it, go for it.
