Very, very nice appartment. Stylish, clean and spacious. Perfect located in the city. Simone was a very kind host that showed us around and gave tips for the city. Tutto bene!
Die Gastgeber:innen sind immer zu erreichen und antworten sehr schnell! Außerdem war die Wohnung leicht zu finden und riesig! Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt als wir eingecheckt sind. Unsere Bettdecke und die Klohbürste waren allerdings nicht sauber. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken und die Klohbürste wurde nicht richtig gereinigt.
Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das W-LAN, dass war sehr schlecht und wir hätten es dringend für weitere Planungen gebraucht. Das Küchenpersonal in der Bar im Erdgeschoss war bis Mitternacht sehr laut. Ich brauche ein geöffnetes Fenster zum Schlafen. Aber die Wohnung war ein Traum 😍 und wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl.
Apartment was nice, big, clean and well described. The problem was in the host. We checked in on Monday and had to stay 7 days, until next Monday. First, we got big, medium and extra small towel each, and if you ask for extra towel you need to pay for it, cause 7 days is short stay? Second, I got sick and we had to leave on Thursday morning. He sent someone to see us out, and it was all okay. I sent request to change the reservation, but he declined it 2 times. His cancellation policy is that if you leave early, for every night you didnt spend, you get 50% refund. I sent that thats the policy but he didnt respond. On Sunday evening he sent a message when we want to check out tomorrow?? even tho we were not there for 3 days and he knew that very well, pretending we are there cause he didnt want to accept the request. Airbnb support contacted him and he didnt want to give the refund back even tho it was the policy he chose and not someone else! Definitely wont go back!
