I stayed here for 2.5 months while i made preparations for a permanent relocation to Phoenix. Jesus was a great host during my stay. I had a couple minor concerns in the beginning but he addressed them promptly. Also the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The house itself is very nice and new although there are very few furnishings at the time of this review. Probably he will add some later, but Just a dining table and a sofa/tv and stand upstairs in the den for now. My room had a Queen air mattress and a small dresser. It was All i needed really during my stay. Its worth noting however that 2 of the other rooms have actual real beds. So if thats something that matters to you make sure you book the right room. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. Jesus is a chill person that is sometimes on the property and sometimes not but he always answered my messages when i had a question or concern. I would book there again as well as recommended to others.
