Very cute and homey, perfect if you have a dog. The dedicated work space was my favorite since this was a work/pleasure trip. Definitely will stay here again.

Kristen was great host very responsive. The house is very cute and decorated very nicely. Upon arrival it was very easy to check in and the house is so clean. I would say the only thing that was concerning is the neighborhood when driving into the house. The first two streets into the house were very rundown and a little sketchy. Once you get to the street the house is on the houses surrounding the property are clean and quiet. Our family lives in Calhoun and they said it is the old mill area. Overall we had a great experience cute property and Kristen is A+

Very disappointing. We chose this property because it listed 1.5 bathrooms. When in fact the .5 bathroom was a toilet under the house which you could not access from inside the house. The neighborhood is pretty run down and junkie. Lots of discarded items pilled up on lawns or front porches. No issues with people in the area but there where a number of unrestrained large dogs that made it very difficult to walk my dog. Other things to pay attention to with this listing…no dishwasher and no central heat or air conditioner. I asked the host for partial refund based on the false advertising and they refused. I filed a complaint with Airbnb (which I have never had to do before) and the host still refused a partial refund. Airbnb did give us a 30% refund per their policies. The host said I should have told them sooner about the non bathroom issue, but seriously what could they have done? Build a real bathroom during our stay? Had I not been there for work I would have left .

Kristen was a fantastic Host! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Quite neighborhood to!! Kristen was very responsive when I need a few questions answered! We did have a slight inconvenience with and Kristen was Very Quick to call maintenance. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short but enjoyed every minute we had there!! I would definitely contact Kristen again in the future!!!
