This villa is a real find a short drive from Monopoli in a rural location. The two-bed villa is very spacious with a large open plan living area and two bathrooms. It is very clean and well equipped for a family stay. There is plenty of outdoor space both private dining and shared pool and barbecue area with lots of sun loungers, gazebo seating etc. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Antonella (pour Casimo) nous a accueilli avec sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur. Très serviable et réactive, elle a su nous conseiller sur des visites, restaurants, plages, etc... Le logement est conforme à la description (sauf pour le jacuzzi il faut comprendre baignoire balneo).

Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno a casa di Cosimo! La villa è davvero molto bella, pulita e spaziosa. Dispone di ogni necessità! Le spiagge sono molto vicine, e anche la posizione è ottima se ci si vuole spostare nelle varie cittadine turistiche. Cosimo è un host molto cordiale e disponibile, quindi grazie per la fantastica vacanza!

We stayed at Villa Rita for 5 nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. The outside pool area is stunning, with very comfortable loungers, hammocks and lovely patio seating. It is the perfect place to base yourself and explore the surrounding areas of Puglia. Highly recommended.
