Bamboo grove is a beautiful, spacious house. The views from the deck are just stunning. We had amazing sunsets every night. The beds were extremely comfortable with luxurious sheets and duvets. Even the hide a bed in the office was very comfortable. We loved the huge rain shower looking out into the forest. We never got to using the huge soaker tub but it looked cool. Several beaches were very close by and easy to access. It was a quick drive into town for cute shops and good coffee. Eliot was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. We’d love to come again!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. To be fair, it’s also the most expensive, but the value is through the roof. The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice, what can look spartan in an image is actually elegant and beautifully intentional and peaceful in person. Also when the listing says “trails out back” it means a real, “turn on your gps” network of extensive, rarely trafficked woods trails you can easily get lost in. Listening to ravens cawing through the silent woods as rain falls. Unreal. Also this might be the only Airbnb I’ve stayed in with actual closet and dresser space (and I mean a LOT of closet space). Being able to completely unpack without cluttering up the elegant environment really added to my experience. We left this place questioning the life choices that brought us to living in the city. We’re definitely going back.

What a beautifully designed and situated home. Better than the pictures! Eliot's place was a perfect place to retreat, unwind and do some quiet writing (and alot of cooking in the amazing kitchen!). So grateful he shared it with us.

It was such a privilege to stay in Eliot’s home. The home is stunning… the pictures don’t quite do it justice, and the view is breathtaking. We would come back.
