Lovely place to stay, went for the football with family and was a comfortable stay. Hosts replied quickly to all messages prior to going, no issues
House as described - in great proximity to Burnley city centre and grounds
I wanted to give Sheraz and Naheed 5 stars as they were friendly & responsive but I cannot due to an extreme issue with the neighbour. The kitchen, bathroom & floors were very clean. When we arrived the heat wasn’t on. Our cousin helped get it going. The 1st night was freezing. Unfortunately we didn’t get bedding for the pullout & only 2 towels for 3 people. A towel was delivered in the morning but not the bedding. They tried again but we weren’t home. Also the stairs are very steep with no bannister. Which was very hard for my elderly mother and elderly cousin. They basically crawled up and down. The main issue was the neighbour who kept us up the last 2 nights for the entire night blasting music literally beside our heads. It was unreal.This guy was mad at us as the fire dept was called, not by us, as our airbnb filled with smoke from his strange security system. We stood in the street for 2 hrs as the smoke was cleared out by firemen who also checked his unit with the police.
