the apartment was a very enjoyable stay for our family (mom, dad, and 2 small children). the convenience of the private car park right behind the house was VERY nice, especially since Tallinn is a lot of street parking. the playground was also such a plus and seemed almost brand new. the apartment itself was so clean, it felt a bit like no one else had even stayed there before us. overall I would highly recommend any of the apartments in the building, especially if you care about convenience with small children. another huge plus for our girls was there were a ton of kids toys to play with, and not like junky toys but legitimately decent toys that our kids played with all weekend.

Brand new apartement in a very good spot. Telliskivi-area is literally in a walking distance.

I'm a frequent traveller to Tallinn and I liked this place a lot. The hosts are super friendly and super responsive, the place is new and clean, exactly like the pictures, and the location is great. There is a mid-sized supermarket about 25m away which is a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again.
