You cannot ask for a more convenient location to the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach and not worry about parking. We were able to start and end our days with a peaceful walk on the beach with no hassle. The house was spacious and clean with everything we needed.

The house is perfectly situated. The location coupled with a well-equipped house offered an ideal environment for a relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor patio was a nice area for lounging. Greg was a very responsive and courteous host. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the east side of the island.

This is a solid place in a fantastic location for a family stay. This part of the island is best if you’re looking to get away from throngs of tourists. You’ll still notice a fair number of people trying to find parking for Lanikai and Kailua - but by staying here, you’ll get to just walk to all those places. Master bedroom has the right amount of space and a comfortable bed. Bunk beds were a real treat for our kiddo. Kitchen is quite spacious, and has everything you need to prepare meals - more in the way of cookware than I expected. Bathroom was just as pictured and worked well for 2 adults/1 kid; the best part was that there were ample bath/beach towels for everyone. The washer/dryer came in quite handy and we used it several times. There is a unit upstairs but there was never any issue with noise or space or anything like that. We met the owners during our stay and they were very kind. Keana was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We’ll be back again!
