The Chestnut- Location, Location, Location This truly cool, art-infused haven is located in the heart of Missoula next to the Riverfront Trail, blocks from the iconic Hip Strip neighborhood and just across the river from downtown. Perfect for explorers wanting the quintessential Missoula experience. Stroll to the Roxy Theater, see a show at the Wilma, visit Caras Park, shops, eateries , breweries and The University of Montana. Private parking provided but you won’t need it. Walk to everything. The Chestnut II is a spacious, light-filled, open-concept modern condominium. Beautiful, artistic design informs the mixed-metal and wood structure. The interior space, with lofted ceilings and 8-foot windows, is thoughtfully furnished with curated vintage, hip, and modern finds. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Main floor - sleek, open kitchen with counter seating, casual dining, living room, water closet, and a private patio with views of Mount Sentinel. Lower level - 2 bedrooms, en suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and laundry.

We enjoyed our stay at Glenda’s. It was very clean and in a great location. It was easy to walk/bike to eat. We also enjoyed the outdoor trails close by. Glenda responded quickly to any questions and had lots of great info about the local area.
Glenda’s home was beautiful! Spotless, smelled amazing, very fun artwork throughout home, had everything that you might need. Every time we thought of something that we might need, we found it located on site. Whether spices, fresh ground coffee, cozy blankets for the couch, games, books, or anything else it was there. The fenced yard was beautiful, and our puppy loved it. It had an amazing balcony with plenty of seating and a bbq. The sound system was amazing!! Top notch, and high end. Not to mention, you could play your own music via Bluetooth. Acoustics were amazing!! We will definitely stay here again! A 10!!
Fantastic place. Great location, design, decor. Incredibly well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Wonderful host. Best I’ve ever had.
 This is a great spot. The unit has funky character while also maintaining a super clean and inviting atmosphere. Glenda is a fantastic host. Probably one of the best appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Location is a little quirky at the small dead end however, it’s quite private and pleasant. Would work super well for two couples and for us it worked very well as a family. Our unit had a crib available and our three-year-old decided she really wanted to stay in that which was super convenient for all parties involved! Great spot and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
About once per year I return to my home town of Missoula for visiting and outdoor activities. Often we rent an Airbnb. I have to stay that Glenda's was the best rental experience I have had in Missoula - accurate description, clean, modern, everything necessary to feel at home, and a great location for accessing downtown and the river trail system. I also thought the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay at Glenda's again.

Walk, bike, & bus to everything. The house is located one block from a main bus line, The Mountain Line, which runs regularly and will take you all over Missoula.

Hi! I'm a Montanan born and raised though I spent a fair bit of my adult life on the West Coast before moving back home. By education, I'm an accountant and by vocation, I'm a small business owner in Missoula. I own Clyde Coffee, not too far away from the Chestnut Townhouses. We're a cafe, coffee shop and roastery. I stock our delicious locally roasted coffee & espresso at the townhouses. I love entertaining, hospitality and beautiful spaces.
