As advertised. Matches the photos. Clean. The unit is part of a two-unit structure, with a shared, common, covered, back patio. That exits to the common washer and dryer room, which is very helpful and appreciated. Responsive, friendly hosts. The AC, and hot water work well. The water pressure in the shower is great. The parking spot is one side of an ample driveway, right at the front door. Five minute drive to grocery/coffee/shopping and I-95. Under 20 minutes to nice beaches, large malls, attractions, and the airport (PBI). Quiet dead end street. Would be glad to stay again.

Amy’s place suited our needs perfectly. Excellent place to stay for Spring Training. She has gone above and beyond with extra little touches; the place is well taken care of. The beds were super comfy and ahhhh the shower! It is by far the cleanest, most comfortable rental we’ve stayed in. We will be back!
