We had a great stay at Williams place, neighbors is beautful and the apartment has a beautiful view. William was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend and stay again on our next visit!

William is a great host. Really friendly and helpful but with all the privacy you could need to work through the week remotely. Place is very safe in a gated community

William is a great host! He responds quickly and is very friendly. He even cut plantains for my boyfriend and I to bring to his family. His place has everything anyone will need for an amazing stay. I felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. When looking for an airbnb, cleanliness is a big deal for me and this place definitely fit that description. It’s also a great location if you want to take a trip to Old San Juan or El Yunque, just be aware of traffic coming back from Old San Juan. Overall, we had a great time and I wish we stayed longer!!

Wow just what we needed, clean, peaceful, and a great find. Everything was great! Only thing I think the neighbor in the condo next door didn't like my 8 year old singing in the shower at 10pm on a Friday night and was banging on the wall... Other than that it was perfect, thanks so much!

Our stay at William’s apartment was perfect! The apartment is ideally located, a little bit remote from the busy city center of San Juan yet very accessible. Would recommend 100%!
