Here is a review of the living spaces. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, includes a king bed, office desk and chair, jack and jill balcony with views of the mountains and the pool. The walk-in closet has been converted into a mini nursery with a full-size crib and a pack n play is available. Crib sheets are provided. Spa-like ensuite bathroom with luxurious shower and separate soaking tub. Outside the master bedroom is a loft designed as a reading area overlooking the main living space. The kitchen, main living space with gas fireplace, dining area, guest laundry, two secondary bedrooms, shared full bathroom with shower tub combo, and wrap around, gated main deck are all on the main floor. Two secondary bedrooms on the main level each feature queen size beds. One is slightly larger than the other. Steps down to the newly renovated basement leads you to another entertainment space just steps away from the spa and fire pit area, a kitchenette with bar seating and a wine fridge, a bunk room with three twin over full bunkbeds and video gaming nook with gaming chairs for the kids (or kids at heart!). The full cabin with basement sleeps up to 12 not including an infant in the mini nursery. Burnsville, NC is a quaint Appalachian town located 35 minutes Northeast of Asheville. Burnsville is known for local arts. While it is certainly quaint, it offers a full, modern grocery store (Ingles), shopping, bars and restaurants. The downtown area is a 5-minute drive from the cabin. If taking in all that Appalachia has to offer is of interest, this is the place. Wolf Ridge and Sugar Mountain ski resorts are within an hour's drive of the cabin. There are dozens of highly acclaimed hikes within a 30-mile radius many featuring spectacular waterfalls this area has come to be known for. This property sits right on the northern edge of and basically overlooks the Pisgah National Forest which is where Hunger Games was filmed. Gem mining, zip lining, golfing are all activities readily available in the area. This cabin has it all, offering a private, high-end experience that allows an ideal combination of indoor/outdoor living and entertaining at an unmatched value. The upper cabin sleeps up to six.
