A stones throw from downtown Gilbert. Absolutely beautiful home. All the amenities you could want. Welcoming and comfortable. Coffee on the patio in the morning sun was such a treat. The hot tub was an added bonus. We were in town for a family wedding and it was such a great place to stay! Dean was very responsive and friendly. Instructions were clear. I have nothing negative to say about this place and Dean! Next time we’re back in town, we will be staying here again! And it was more reasonably priced than many hotels!

This Airbnb was so beautiful. We shared the house with another couple and we had our own big room with a bathroom and they had their own big room with a separate bathroom. There’s not a single negative point that we could name. The rooftop, the hot tub were amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is plenty of soap for the dishwasher and wash machine so you don’t have to purchase any yourself. We had an amazing time here and we recommend this airbnb to everyone visiting Gilbert. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. You have a garage to park your car and a quiet housing area. 5 stars from us!

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb’s I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The home was very beautiful and clean and the photo depiction was accurate. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and we were in it every night. The rooms were very comfortable and it felt like being home. Will definitely book this home again when I come back to Arizona!!

This was our first stay at Dean's Gilbert townhouse and it fit our needs perfectly! We were visiting to help our daughter care for her newborn son and her 4 year son who lived nearby. The location was perfect as it was a close ride to our daughter's house and then at night, we could walk to downtown Gilbert and enjoy the local restaurants. The roof top hot tub was a guilty pleasure to rest and recharge ourselves after chasing around the 4 year old. The townhouse was exactly as described with a couple of great surprises: food to make s'mores and beach cruiser bikes! While we did not use these, they were fun finds! Dean is a very proactive in communicating and his check-in and check out instructions very thorough, easy to read and easier to follow. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Probably the cleanest and best amenities of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Amazing kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and a rooftop hot tub space. The area is also just two blocks from the main drag in Gilbert and is a short walk to great bars and restaurants.
