We had a great stay! The proximity to the BW campus is great and the house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. When the weather cooperated, we loved sitting on the front porch and on the back porch overlooking the river. We will absolutely stay again in the future.

Older house, interesting, modern kitchen and bathroom. Pleasant neighborhood, walkable and about 2 blocks from Baldwin-Wallace University. Kitchen was well-equipped, with many supplies available. Ample towels for a group. Driveway had room for two cars side-by-side, and two more blocking the first two. Bedding was very comfortable. Kristen was an excellent, communicative host. We would stay there again. Some mobility notes, for those who care: half-bath is on the first floor. Entrance is a step up to sidewalk, step partway along walk, step onto porch, no rails. Stairs to bedrooms are steep, banisters on both sides halfway up, one side the second half. Bathroom has large shower, glass on two sides, no grab bars, a bit slippery. King-size bed is very high. Neighborhood has sidewalks and ramps, occasionally not in good condition but usable. For a 77 year old with arthritis it was ok but took some help. It wasn't listed as accessible so doesn't reduce our rating.

Kristen is a wonderful host and the property was the perfect stay. I was attending a workshop for three days nearby and found it to be a home away from home with great amenities, cozy beds, hot water and relaxing time on the river. Temperature was perfect throughout the house. Thank you for a cozy retreat! I will return.

Kristen was really responsive and helpful when we needed an early check in and a late check out. She was very understanding and kind. We had absolutely no issues and the place was perfect!! We really appreciated her flexibility!
