Charming studio apartment with Wifi Old town, Three mins walk to beach Apartment, Town Property. 1 bed 1 bath sleeps 2 Located: Old Town Centre, Estepona, Estepona town, Malaga This rather quaint Spanish studio apartment is located in the centre of Estepona old town and it provides comfortable accommodation for two guests. There is a small sofa bed in the lounge and there is a very comfortable full king-size bed in the upstairs open gallery area. The gallery area is the main sleeping area but we are not allowed to advertise this area as a bedroom as the Spanish holiday rental law does not allow us to do this. The reason being is that the area does not have an opening window but instead gets its natural light from the open area that looks down to the lounge with the large opening windows. To access the apartment, you pass through a door from the typical Spanish street and then up a flight of stairs to the apartment front door. This leads directly into the lounge which is complete with kitchenette, dining area for two, Spanish TV and a high speed internet connection and air conditioning. The bathroom is also accessed from the lounge and has a separate shower, WC and sink. There are some glass terrace doors that open out onto a balcony (which is small to stand on but it good for open air). To the rear of the lounge are some stairs that go up into the loft-style galleried area where the king size bed can be found. This is very quaint area and the décor involves plenty of natural wood. There is also storage space; however, the standing area is limited in this gallery since the ceiling is very low, not recommended for very tall guests nor with back problems. The air conditioning also serves this area which keeps the area cool and comfortable during the summer months and warm during winter. The apartment is very quiet and you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. All in all, a lovely studio for couples or young people.
