"The Office" at Ponhook Lake is a rustic, cozy cottage nestled in Bear Cove on popular Ponhook Lake. With lots of shade from a lush tree line, guests can enjoy the waterfront complete with a dock. Despite being located away from the hustle and bustle, the property features Fibre Op WiFi internet. The entire property and waterfront/dock are private (not shared with others). There is 1 portable air conditioning unit in the main living/kitchen area. There is a foldout sofa (double bed) in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The beds in each bedroom are queen sized memory foam Zinus mattresses that are only one season old. The cottage has a full bathroom with a standup shower (no tub) and a full kitchen (no microwave). As the water service is seasonal, it is not advisable to consume the tap water. Please note there are stairs that lead up to the deck and another set down to the waterfront. These stairs do not have railings, so extra care must be taken. There is Fibe Op WiFi internet at the property however guests should note that cell phone reception can be unreliable. The cottage will come equipped with toilet paper, dish soap, a fresh dish sponge, dish towels, bath towels, bedding/pillows, anti-bacterial hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a few Keurig coffee pods to get you started. Cleaning supplies are not provided.
