Located 2min from the beach, our apartment is in the heart of the seaside resort of Furadouro. Thanks to its different spaces, our spacious apartment is oriented towards the outside in order to enjoy all year round the sun of Portugal. Discover Furadouro, its region and Portugal thanks to our Welcome Book, filled with information on activities (family, relaxation, sport, disco...), bars, restaurants and services as well as information on gastronomy. Our accommodation consists of a large living room, a large bedroom, a large bathroom, as well as a patio, a terrace and an entrance hall. The living room, open space, is bathed in light thanks to its bay windows giving access to the patio and the terrace. The bright patio is ideal, in summer or winter, for reading a book or having breakfast. And the outdoor area will allow you to eat, have a drink, or relax, while enjoying the sun and tranquility offered by the Portuguese Dolce Vita. The main room includes the kitchen, living room with sofa bed and dining room. Thanks to the opening of this space, you are always together to create memories, even when cooking. Enjoy an aperitif or relax in the living room while watching your favourite shows and programs, comfortably installed in the sofa bed. The dining area has a large table and chairs for 4 people, to eat while watching TV and/or enjoying the light provided by the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many amenities. It is perfect for cooking your favorite dishes, cooked with fresh products, bought at the municipal market of Furadouro. The double room provides everything you need to sleep comfortably, like at home. Equipped with a 140cm bed, it offers many spaces to store your personal belongings (closet, dresser and night tables). The spacious bathroom offers a bath, sink, bidet and toilet, and will satisfy couples and families. The accommodation has WiFi and high-speed Internet. We have an electric grill, beach rackets and a cooler. The washing machine is installed in the patio, which facilitates the spreading and drying of your laundry. The unit is equipped with an alarm, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation (except the terrace). Pets and parties are not allowed.

Our stay started well - flexible check-in, polite and helpful. However, we discovered that the fridge thermostat was stuck and would not go above zero. Also, when the kitchen hob and the oven were used together the electrical system tripped. We reported this to the host and he admitted he knew the fridge was faulty. He blamed us for the electrical failures. We lodged a complaint with AirB&B and asked to leave with a refund. They accepted. We submitted video evidence of both the problems. On departure, we asked fora little longer to check out. The host refused and his texts became aggressive. We decided to leave earlier than the recommended time to avoid confrontation. However, he arrived just as we were leaving. The host blocked in our taxi whilst he checked the flat. He emerged satified but told the taxi driver that we were 'dishonest scammers' and used extremely offensive gestures to us. I would not recommend this host - aggessive and intimidating.
Nous avons passer une superbe semaine. Le logement est parfait pour 3 personnes, très propre , accès à pied dans la grande avenue furadouro, tout est parfait ! Alexandre et Marine , sont toujours réactif , très gentil ! Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir ! À bientôt
Tivemos uma excelente estadia e os anfitriões foram extremamente prestáveis e simpáticos. O apartamento tem tudo o que é preciso e está muito perto da praia e da avenida principal. Aconselhamos a quem possa visitar e usufruir desta zona.
We had a very pleasant stay. Alexandre and Marine welcomed us and showed us the appartment and the area. The beach was amazing and supermarket and many restaurants were close by as well.
We ( stel) hebben het hier heerlijk gehad. Opgewacht door verhuurder en uitleg gekregen. Je ziet steeds vaker sleutelkastjes of via een andere manier toegang krijgen, en dat is toch minder persoonlijk. Ruime inventaris: eigenlijk is alles aanwezig! Schone vertrekken, fijne badkamer. Via een schuifdeur kom je op een klein plaatsje: hier kan je heerlijk ontbijten in de zon! De boulevard is eigenlijk om de hoek, en het strand dus ook. Vijf, zes minuten lopen. Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan grotere steden zoals Aveiro en Porto. Als u van kwalitatief goede horeca houdt, zou ik naar Ovar of andere plaats gaan. Tenslotte: het appartement bevindt zich op de begane grond, en dat is heerlijk als je iets ouder bent.

Parking spaces are available on the street, but it's easier to park at the large parking which is located Rua das Camarinhas.
It is also possible to take the train to Ovar (3km from the accommodation), then take a taxi or Uber.
