Located in the center of the city, 5 minutes from the cathedral and 10 minutes from the Playa de la Concha and the old town. New neighborhood and very quiet area.
It is a complicated area for parking, only residents can park in Estella-Lizarra street. We recommend San Roke street for parking, very close to the Pension (blue-green zone) and is the area with the cheapest rate in the city.
