Roberto and his team were amazing. We had a few hiccups with the apt, but they went above and being to make sure we were taken care of — even got us out of a few tight binds. The loft was super impressive, even better than the photos. I came with a group of 6 (including myself) and we were all blown away. The team who help handle this space are better than most. I would say that if you’re going to bergamo, consider this local gem. You won’t be disappointed

We were a group of 3 couples visiting Bergamo for the 1st time. The apt was exquisite and in perfect location, close to bus and train station, restaurants, and shopping. It was furnished with high-end furnishings, and each bedroom and en suite bathroom were perfect for each couple. Roberto, Daniele and Federico answered quickly to all our questions. The private terrace, elevator access, local restaurant recommendations, daytrip recommendations, and more helpful details than I can list all contributed to a memorable stay for all of us. Be sure to have a rousing game of Bergamo trivia with a bottle of wine during your stay -- the game is on the stand in the dining room. We had an amazing time!!

Very cool place and great communication / easy check in. We were only there for a night so don’t know much about the location but it was a bit of a trek to the touristic area of bergamo if that’s what you’re in town to see just be aware! Would stay again!

Just back from a fantastic few days in this beautiful apartment. It's even better than the photos show, really spacious and stylish, the roof terrace is fantastic and a bonus in a city. We opted for a collection from the airport which was arranged through the hosts, they then gave us a thorough walk through of the apartment. There was a slight issue with the heating on the first day and they were very responsive in getting this resolved. We also asked for some restaurant recommendations and local advice and were given plenty of options. The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, but feels safe and secure. It's also no more than 10 minutes walk up to the main shopping area. Cannot praise the apartment & the service enough, highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Bergamo.
