Wonderful apartment, the terrace is just amazing! It looks just like the pictures. The area is central but still calm and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had no trouble getting in with the app, we used the trick someone posted in the reviews below (pressing the call button for the apartment before entering the building with the app) and that worked fine! Be aware that there are a few steep stairs to the elevator that can be challenging with big bags.

Fabulous location- walk easily to Rambla, Metro and many very good bars and restaurants. would have been good to know Aldi is just around the corner in the notes as the apartment has zero cooking products which is disappointing for that price point given the reasonable kitchen. i.e. no salt, pepper, oil, tea or coffee. We use AirBnB regularly so that aspect was a minus. We had issues with WiFi key from the very start and by day 2 had to contact AirBnB for support due to unresponsiveness of apartment help line. Evening of day 2 had manual keys delivered and problems were resloved for the 4 of us. Suggest you use just manual keys and avoid the hassle. Having said that, would stay again using keys and stock up on basic kitchen products. Mostly good experience.

A small apartment with an amazing outdoor space, in an amazing walkable area by the pedestrian street of Eixample. An easy walk to many of the city's best areas and sights. As others have noted, getting in on day one can be challenging. In our case, the instructions with the app did not work for the building, but a neighbour let us in, and then the app did work for the apartment itself. Once in, we had keys to the front of the building, we could come and go as we pleased. There was only one set of keys though, which is not ideal if you are multiple people. Our hypothesis is that the app for the building front door can work, but requires you to press the buzzer for the apartment first, something that was not in the instructions. The device was broken during our stay so we could not test this out.

Stayed as a family of 4 for 5 nights. Enough space and room for everyone, and all in working condition, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. A few issues with the place: 1. Self check-in to the building did not work. we had ask a neighbor for a favor when coming in for the first time. 2. There are quite a few stairs to climb with the suitcases. not an issue for us, but be advised. 3. One of the locks to the apartment was open and with no key in sight. we could not lock the apartment as instructed. 4. Hot water lasts for ~2 showers, and then you need to wait. Not a big issue, but as 4 people we could not shower altogether. 5. The Owner did not provide enough shower supplies (Toilet paper, shampoo etc.) or basic kitchen supplies (Salt, pepper, cooking oil etc.) for 4 people x 5 nights. We had to buy our own, and basically left it there. Not a big issue but be advised.

Great location and lovely terrace . Near enough to the bustle whilst being in a nice area
