We wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at The Evergreen. The home was as advertised. Spacious, clean, quiet and cozy. The Battery is in close proximity and has a variety of restaurants. Cesar is a wonderful host! He’s friendly, kind, flexible and extremely responsive. We would absolutely rent again!

This place is amazing! We came down for a couple of Braves games and will definitely try to book this same place the next time. It's an easy 30 minute walk to the stadium, is roomy, clean, affordable, and very peaceful. Cesar was extremely helpful and responsive, and the entire experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! As the pictures suggest – it's a charming and cozy with a good amount of space both indoors and on the outside deck. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our long-term stay, making it feel like a home away from home. It is in a convenient location, just off major routes and a short walk from the stadium and some grocery stores. Whether we were heading to a game or just grabbing some essentials, everything was within reach. Downtown Atlanta was about a 20-min drive too, so it was easy access to some attractions there too. A huge shoutout to Cesar, our wonderful host. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay (and beyond), he was incredibly attentive and accommodating. He constantly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and was always prompt at responding to any questions or concerns we had.
