Fornells is located on the north coast of the island of Menorca. It has a bay about 4 kilometers deep in a north-south direction and a maximum width in its widest area of 1.5 kilometers. It is considered the second largest bay on the island after Mahón. On its west coast are located the only two towns settled on its shores, which are Fornells and ses Salines, both belonging to the municipality of Mercadal. Due to its characteristics as a fairly closed bay, it is of great nautical interest. The port of Fornells serves as a shelter for recreational boats, as well as a fishing fleet. It also houses a sailing and windsurfing school, as well as rental businesses for sailboats, small motor boats and canoes. In the center of town you will find shops and the best restaurants on the island. The house is located in the quietest and most residential area of the town where you can see the sea in front and beautiful field behind.

The house is located 30 minutes from Mahón airport, 35 minutes from Ciudadela and 18 minutes from Monte Toro by car. The famous northern beaches such as Pregonda or Cavalleria (lighthouse) 20 min. The bay, the port, its beaches and the town center are only a 3-minute walk away. Famous restaurants such as Es cranc, sa Llagosta or la palma just 2 minutes away.
