Franklin's place is excellent, we were really impressed and would definitely recommend. Franklin met us to hand over the keys, the building is secure, and there's a lift (I'm disabled so that was great). The flat itself is lovely, so comfortable and clean, full of little touches that make the stay just that bit more special. Everything works, the shower,cooker,microwave, kettle etc and the bed is comfortable. I now want my own cuddle chair! There's plenty of parking outside, no noise from any neighbours, and the location is great, there are plenty of shops etc nearby. All in all, it was exactly what we needed and exceeded expectations. Both Franklin and his wife were very accomodating, welcoming and warm. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so thoughtful and considerate of our baby's and our needs. The place is so cosy, clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Our baby loves the unicorn they gave her. We wish them the best.

Nice little flat with a lift, very comfy bed. Very good communication.
