Retreat and unwind on this stunning seaside home with direct access to the sea. A private room with your own private entrance and sitting area where you wake up to the view of a beautiful garden and aquamarine sea as a backdrop. The house is located in a secluded area, walking distance from a white-sand beach called Paradise/Sandira) Beach. The property is away from the main town if you are seeking peace, serenity and privacy. A unique tropical island getaway location waiting to be discovered. The lower level room has a separate entrance from the main house with outside sitting area and own full bathroom. The room has a split-type AC and ceiling fan and in demand shower heater. The property has direct access to the sea and has a native bamboo hut near the water edge. The property is facing southwest so you can view beautiful sunsets by the sea. Cebu island can be seen in the south and Negros on the west.

Room has direct access to a Gorgeous garden with private access to the sea. Quite far from town but easy to get to and from with a scooter (you can rent direct). Outdoor kitchen so you can cook your own meals or 10 mins scoot to town. Sheila, live in housekeeper & more, was brilliant, cooked us breakfast each day & gave us travel tips. Loved it for some secluded relaxation!
Serene place with a beautiful cliff and private beach. Great place to watch the sunset. Away from town but an easy 10-15 mins drive by motorcycle which can be rented directly from the caretakers @ 300 per day. The place comes with a fully functional shared kitchen (utensils, cookware, ref, drinking water provided). If you don't want to cook, better to eat dinner before going back as there's no nearby groceries or restaurants. Bed is comfy with clean sheets and soft pillows. AC working well. Wifi sometimes gets spotty on the porch but works fine inside the room. Bathroom is very clean with working hot shower, complete toiletries and fresh towels (separate beach towels are also provided). No bidet though. When you choose to rent the bike, just be careful on last stretch going to the actual accommodation as the roads are still very rough. Overall a great stay offered by Louise and the caretakers. Just the perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for that kind of vibe.
Perfect quiet place!
Louise's place is spectacular. Peaceful, beautiful, perfect place for snorkeling. Sheila, the host was so nice. Made us feel like we were at home. And don't forget Buang Chucky and Norris the dog. Lol . Always greeting us when we came back. Don't hesitate to book this place you will enjoy it. Thanks Louise for sharing your home..!!

We are located 15 minutes from the main town and tucked in a secluded area in Maricaban, a few steps away from Paradise Beach campsite. Our property sits on a cliff and on low tide, we have a beautiful white-sand beach. Neighbors are a few houses away and you wake up in the morning just to the sound of chirping birds, no roosters and town noise.
Our property is 15 minutes away from town so you will need your own motorbike or we can arrange for a tricycle to help you get around. Motorbike is available for rent for 350 pesos/day.

I travel for work and would love to spend more time in our island home where I can stargaze on the brightest stars on cloudless nights. Watching distant storms in our backyard is one of our favorite things to do when we are home in the island.
