Tee Wei and Clements were incredibly responsive throughout the entire booking process, from check-in to check-out. They were easy to contact and replied quickly. The instructions they provided were very clear and helpful, especially for a first-time visitor to Kuching. They even included photos and videos, which made everything much easier to understand. The instructions covered everything – how to get the keys, how to find the parking – making the whole process very smooth. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with many amenities, including a Cuckoo filtered water dispenser, iron, washing machine, and hairdryer. Having access to Netflix and Disney Plus was a huge bonus, and I didn't need to use my own accounts. The location was fantastic – right above Vivacity Megamall! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I return to Kuching.

I've stayed in this Airbnb multiple times and it's always a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to a shopping mall and car park. The property is well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The co-host, Clement, is very responsive and always ready to help.

Clement was very friendly and clear in his instructions for check-in and check-out. He was also helpful when we needed a car rental, and had quickly allocate an additional parking spot for us at a very short notice. The place is clean and well taken care of, we even had access to Netflix! Amenities like hair dryers and iron was in good condition, and the kitchen is well equipped.
