This place was perfect for our family! Very peaceful and beautiful. The host was very friendly and responsive. My son broke his arm during the trip and the host responded right away and was very helpful with helping us find him the right care. She even checked in on him several times. Great people!

Everything you could need was included - Beach supplies, laundry soap, large first aid kit, umbrellas, bug spray and sun screen, extra blankets, bathroom and kitchen essentials and more. House as described in listing and pictures. Check in was easy with clear instructions how to get to the house and enter. Location was great with the gated community - very private and quiet. I traveled with my daughters and always felt safe in this community, the guards were also friendly and helpful. This area is so convenient - 5 min walk to the beach, 15 to kioskos or luquillo beach, short drive to Yunque, bio bay, or the ferry if you want to take a day trip to another island, and lots of other beaches or waterfalls within an hours drive. Or hang at the pool - we were the only ones using it when we went. Very responsive hosts, checked in with us and provided suggestions, also need to mention very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here and would return. Thank you !

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Check in was very easy, even after a long day of traveling. The security guard at the entrance to the complex was also extremely friendly and helpful. Before and during our stay, Erick and Marilyn were extremely responsive to our questions. The space was perfect for our family (two adults and two kids). They provide beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, sand toys, etc., which made travel much easier. The location was close enough to several attractions (El Yunque, day trip to Old San Juan, etc.). Would recommend!

We had a great stay in Erick and Marylin's place. The location is fantastic, very quiet and close to the beach and pool. We were extremely grateful for the included beach amenities, especially the wagon, which made it much easier getting our kids and supplies to the beach.
