Overall, we had a great experience. The neighborhood felt safe, especially with the col-de-sac setup, and there was plenty of parking. The house was spacious and had enough beds for everyone. Communication with the host was prompt and clear, which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

We held a family reunion here, with 8 of us flying in from different locations and joined by more family local to the Pacific Northwest. Five bedrooms was perfect for us, with plenty of room. The house is quite charming and has lots of character. While the interiors didn’t match the photos initially, and was bare of warm touches we've seen in other rentals, we moved chairs around to recreate the ambience and look in the listing. The family loved it. But being a large group, we struggled to find enough towels, plates, forks, and knives for everyone. That said, Erica was quick to respond to questions and concerns, despite it being the holiday season. We also got to check in an hour early. The location is great, with nearby groceries and a Rite Aid. Third Place Books is a must. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Seattle.

The listing says check in is at 3pm but it is not. We were flying from out of state and we arrived a few hours early to town so we knew we were going to have to wait and just try to find some things around town to do before checking in but we ended up having to wait even longer than expected. We got to the Airbnb at 4 and we still had to wait another 15/20 minutes out in our car, after an already LONG wait with young children. One of the days that we were there the power was shut off. So I had to message and call the host and get that all figured out and have the power company come and look at it. That was not fun. My sister that was staying with us had to have electricity to pump to give her baby food, and the baby needed oxygen and needed to have electricity for that, so that was very stressful for her not having electricity for many hours. Other than that, everything was good. The neighbors were really nice!

We greatly enjoyed the ample space for our large group. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We loved the access to front and back decks and having 3 bathrooms was very nice.

Their communicating with us was amazing, easy and clear instructions to get inside the house, and the house was clean and ready for us. I totally recommend the place to all and would have the experience again with them.
