This villa is in bad condition. We feel completely cheated. In fact Airbnb's reputation will go down because of these people. They shared edited photos on site. In photos the villa appears beautiful , neat and clean. But reality is different. See the actual photos. We packed our bags and returned home in 1.5 hour. We complained to the owner (Mohini) and the Area manager (Kiran Rathiwadekar) on mobile. Shared Villas actual photos. We ask for a refund. But not a single apology word was received, instead she said...people visit everyday and no one has an issue. * Bed sheets were stinking & dirty. There was long human hair on the pillow. The room was not even swept... We could not walk barefoot... * Toilets are uncleaned. You feel like puking once you enter the bathroom. Sofa is old & dirty. * Earlier garbage was not removed. * In Bathroom, they put small plastic dirty stickers instead of mirrors to see your face. Better book a nice Hotel.

Had an issue with the working of the AC in one of the rooms, other than that the entire experience was enjoyable! this place is definitely value for money! Even though the villa is near to the highway, yet you get your privacy!

what's good - The property is perfect for vacation with a small group of friends. The place is quite clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and the filters were ON for the whole stay. Pricing is budget friendly as well. The manager - Mr. Ankush, was responsive and helpful. what needs improvement - 1. Add basic amenities like 1) mirrors 2) bed side stand to keep phone and small stuff 2. The couch was broken at the time of my booking. Hope it gets fixed or replaced soon. 3. Mattress felt hard, suggest to upgrade mattress.
