家には必要な物が全て揃っていて、大変助かりました。清潔感もあって、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。また、オーナーとのコミュニケーションもすぐ取れて、よかったです。ありがとうございました。

Sparkling clean! Very comfortable! All equipment and furniture is practically new, the host provided every possible need for a perfect stay (including capsules for the washing machine and the laundry, tea and coffee, and kitchen accessories). My family and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the lovely and quiet neighborhood, as well as the immediate proximity to many shops and restaurants. We needed to stay in North Finchley – and this was a perfect location for that. Tope was proactive, considerate, kind, and responsive host. Notice there are many stairs in the apartment (at the entrance and between the three levels and the two floors) but for us it was a perfect addition to the daily workout. Highly recommended!

This unit/host are wonderful. Appreciated this stay greatly/ met our need for 3 private bedrooms and could have had 4 (main room has a convertible couch) The Decor/cleanliness; spot on. Included amenities were a nice surprise. Communication was stellar. Checking in and out were simple and seamless. Air con issue was handled quickly and to be very certain it was handled she sent a second repair man. The Wifi did not work except in the living/kitchen. This will cost us all as we counted on it. I addressed it with the host and she did provide troubleshooting but it did not fix the issue. The beautiful renovated bathrooms need small things like shelves for soap and shampoos in the shower. Location Not great for daily 35 ish minutes to central London via Underground or 70 min via Uber. Still loved this host/unit overall. Would recommend IF you’re staying in this area. Thank you Tope!
