Alex was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful with area restaurant suggestions. The house had a happy feel and a perfect space for relaxing and taking in all that Sarasota has to offer. The pool was a special haven and just a nice outdoor extension to the already great house. We will book again on our next visit!

Cute house and great pool. Beds were comfortable. Did not live up to the pictures for the high price - worn stained couch, small cheap dining table 4 chairs, lacking kitchen supplies, main bathroom had drain odor, dirty grill.

Wonderful little house for family and friends to enjoy with great amenities. The pool area has ample space to hang out and bbq. Beds and linens are very comfortable. Walkable to some really great restaurants and just a short drive to Siesta key beach. Very nice touch to have paper products, a spice selection, toilet paper, ect.

We will definitely stay there next time we are in Sarasota. The place is great, the pool is fantastic and the location was perfect.

A great place to stay in a good neighborhood! House was clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a favorite spot for our daughters. We were impressed to have the Murphy bed also. Alex was great at responding when the Internet wasn't working and had it fixed right away
