The house was perfect. My family and I stayed here so we can attend a wedding. The kids had fun with the games and the pool and the rooms were perfect. The pool was lovely and the perfect way to start the morning. Kitchen and living area were wonderful. The master bedroom was so beautiful and the bed was comfy. Highly recommend staying here

We were in Phoenix for a brothers’ trip to the Final Four. Everything was perfect - convenient, clean, safe, quiet. In a spread out city, proximity to State Farm Stadium was a plus. All issues from prior reviews had been addressed except shades for 2 bedrooms on the west side; that didn’t create any concerns for us. A perfect spot with great value.

My family met us from New York and we came from LA for spring training. There were 7 of us total. The house said it could sleep 9 so we had more then enough room for all of us. However, there were only 4 towels and 1 wash cloth. If you state 9 guests max there should be 9 towels and 9 washcloths. We were there for 4 days and had to go buy towels, wash cloths and toilet paper as there wasn’t enough. The home could definitely use a few upgrades, such as curtains in the bedrooms when the sunlight comes in the mornings and definitely some landscaping as the front and back yard were full of weeds. The pool and patio furniture was filthy due to winds but the host was very quick to respond and get the pool serviced while we were there. However it should have all been cleaned before we checked in. We were very close to everything we needed and overall our stay was nice.

We absolutely love Leo’s place. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Very clean we felt very comfortable. Leo was very responsive to our needs. Loved waking up to the sound of birds. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, spacious home with plenty of room for all our guests. Looks just like the pictures.
