it is the first time that happens to me in my many years of airbnb rental, but this was a a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. from the check in to the handling of issues, even when trying to reach airbnb assistance, I was left out in the street calling but with no real action taken. now after 3 days of issues 24h with no Internet, a faulty door to give access ( thanks to a late staff working of Sunday we got in proving our case otherwise at the phone we would have been left on the street), we have been offered a minimum refund to which we will be prepared to make our rights to be respected. the apartment is great, great location, yet service was appalling and all was left to a casual fixture. we have everything on record and we are extremely frustrated from wad has happened, in town for a business fair, each day having to spend hours in writing to the host and airbnb included with little assistance, beyond AI type messages

Très bon séjour dans cette appartement, très grand pour 6 personnes, agréable propre, bien décoré, près du métro. Seul petit bémol, l’arrivé, le code digital ne marchait pas nous avons du attendre qu’une responsable vienne et nous ouvre la porte avec une clef.
