Overall good, but for a price slightly above average for Hanoi city I expected better quality Pros: - Comfortable bed - Staff is available and helpful - Location is generally not bad, the apartment is located in a quiet alley. - the apartment is quiet cons: - for its price, the apartment is a bit tight, - very uncomfortable sofa in the living room, - hot water can run out while taking a shower, you have to wait for the new water to heat up. - sometimes you can hear the pump from the roof - no bedside light, and no lights except for the main light which is too bright.

very nice place to stay enjoyed it thoroughly. the hot water for shower only lasts 3 minutes so you have to be very sensitive with the water controls and only use the small showerhead(also there is a hot water switch by the bathroom lights). kettle plug was too short for the plug on the wall so had to use a cup noodle underneath to make it work. also the Netflix logged out one day and also another it said too many people were watching so I had to use my own login. the balcony could use a chair and table being so large would be nice for my morning coffee and smoke. the 6th floor balcony was nice but 7th floor better view but it was locked on one occasion. the living room carpet had one stain on it when I arrived but other than that the place was very clean. for the money it was Def worth it and to enter the property it is down an alleyway. staff are very friendly and the host responds very fast and very accomodating. I recommend this place for anyone visiting hanoi.

The apartment was amazing, everything’s perfect except the bathroom hot water machine. It’s hot in the beginning then start getting cold after only 1-2 minutes. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Vše proběhlo bez problému. Pozor jenom na spínač teplé vody v koupelně. Dva dny jsem se otužovala :D
