Enjoy a stylish and convenient experience at this centrally-located unit. This is a condo located in 4 Unit Building, with 9 windows, (lots of natural light) . This is an upstairs unit; 15 steps to the top floor. As of now we’re only hosting 31 days or over. Please no smoking inside condo. A spacious one bedroom/ bathroom condo. There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster oven, coffee maker, micro wave, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates, silverware and so forth. There is a full washer & dryer located in the hall; including iron . The bedroom has two closets with hangers. A nice platform bed w/latex mattress.

Just couple words about my 31+ stay. I’m got good time for this month in Las Vegas in current location. Nice and clean fresh remodeling, a lot of parking spots close exit, quite location (really not expected so quite close around airport) Good kitchen.c bathroom and bed room. Very nice interior in living room, enough lights. It’s was good time, and I’m wish stay more, but couple next months was booked somebody else
The Host was very quick with responses in anything I needed. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from the strip! Everything was as described in the listing.

Our condo is located 1.4 miles or a 4 minute drive to Harry Reid Airport. We are 0.9 mile east of MGM Grand and 0.6 mile from Hard Rock Hotel. We are also conveniently located across the street from Thomas and Mack Center.
Our crossing streets are Tropicana and Paradise. There is a Von's 0.5 mile east and a WalMart less than 2 miles away.
Public transportation runs 24 hours. We have two major bus routes on crossing streets. Taxis or Uber are always an option as we are super close to airport.
