The building is okay, the location is good.. but the apartment was not clean when I arrived.. the bed sheets were dirty and had blood patches.. the bathroom sink was leaking.. and there were no trash bins. The fridge was broken. When I arrived I asked the responsible lady to provide me with new sheets, trash bins and fix the refrigerator.. anyway, I had to wait for 2 days then she provided me with a used bedsheet! And sent someone to change the fridge.. ! You need to be aware that they will charge you for the electricity and they will ask for 5000 baht deposit. (Which is not written in the Airbnb contract). Over all , the place is okay but they have to be more professional and not to take advantage of the customers!
