While I haven’t been in hundreds of Airbnb’s, I’ve been in enough to say Sal’s place is a top ten-percenter. Easy, cheap access via public transport to all things New York. Quiet, safe neighborhood - shoutout to the crepe place a few blocks down the road for amazing food. The Airbnb exceeded expectations in every possible way. Beautiful view of NYC at night on the river parkway a block away. If I came back to visit New York, I’d be tempted to arrange my trip around availability at Sal’s place. Sal was first rate in every possible way. Thanks for a great vacation, Sal!

Het appartement was zoals in de omschrijving staat beschreven, exact als op de foto’s. Het appartement is wat gehorig maar zou dit appartement zeker aanbevelen! Appartement is makkelijk bereikbaar, met 20 minuten sta je met de bus op Time Square. Sal is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Hij reageert snel op berichtjes en is bereid om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb last week. The apartment was super clean, and everything was brand new. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking, including a coffee maker and Keurig pods. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to a park with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. The apartment is less than a five-minute walk to bus stops for buses to the port authority bus terminal. Sal, the host, was accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. He even went above and beyond by being flexible with our checkout time and providing basement access for luggage storage after we checked out. Additionally, the free parking spot in Union City was a huge bonus and made our trip even smoother. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Oh wow! I don't even know where to start. We stayed at Sal's place for 5 nights and felt right at home. Sal is a wonderful human being. A real gem. He helped us with parking and even got us a ride from the parking spot back to the airbnb which was extremely generous of him. The apartment has everything you need. Loads of coffee, high standard washer and dryer, Iron box, Vacuum, Hair iron and more. The bed was comfy and the TV in bedroom and living room were such a nice way to spend our late evenings tucked in. The location is about 4 minutes walk to the bus station, 10 minutes bus ride and about 6 minutes to Time Square. We loved our walk back to the apartment from the Hudson River where you can see the whole New York City scape. If we are ever back in New York, we will look no further because this is now our favorite spot. Added Bonus - 7/11 & Other grocery close by. Enjoy Breakfast at Parkers around the area.
