Modern apartment, with lovely views through the garden to the Mediterranean sea. Inside: 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), second bathroom, built-in wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), air conditioners (cool/heat), washing machine, fully furnished with large TV, leather sofa-relax with electrical recliners & much more. Secure parking in the underground garage. IMPORTANT: please read the section "Other things to note" (scroll down). The apartment is located in a modern and stylish residential complex, fully enclosed, quiet and secure, with wide green areas and a swimming pool.

Hyggelig mottagelse og når vi forlot leiligheten. Alt svarte til forventningene. Kan anbefalles. Bilder som stemmer med virkligheten. Rent og pent med god seng. Kommer tilbake ved en annen anledning.

Nearly new high quality apartment within 100 metres from the Cabo Roig coastal path. And less than 200 metres from Cabo Roig strip but still very peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and very nicely finished with little extras like toilet roll, salt, oils and shower gels. 3 large terraces make the outside space usable at any time of day. Very comfortable bedroom with double aspect views and great air con. Hosts are very proactive and efficient. Would stay here again without a thought.
