The listing was just as described! The view is worth it 100%. Really easy and undramatic experience. No crazy checkout instructions. There is a little bit of sound from upstairs but I think that the low cost of the stay definitely made up for it - just something to note if you’re a light sleeper! I would definitely stay here again!

The only issue that we had was the noise made by the owners upstairs. They didn’t seem to be aware that they had guests. They had heavy feet, loud talking/laughing and a beeping noise. Communication from the owner previous to staying stated the owners expectations for quiet times, but we felt that wasn’t given to the guests. We asked for the owner to turn up the water heater and the owner responded that one heater supports three restrooms. So, if you like a bath, this may not be the place. All other aspects of the property were as described.

Beautiful and peaceful! A little awkward to get to and park so I was glad I arrived during daylight hours. Suggestion to Brian...add a bit of a selection of teas and decaf coffee to your set up since it isn't convenient for guests to just pop back into town. The view from the deck is perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning!

This place has a beautiful mountain view and a very large private porch. The accommodations are private on the ground floor of the house, with the residents having a separate space above from the AirBNB. The bed is very comfortable and sofa area/bathroom are nice. There is not a kitchen, but they provide a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and a few bowls/plates/silverware. Definitively a great stay! We checked in late and had a little bit of trouble navigating the steep driveway, but that is a small part of a great place to stay and would stay here again!

The views were absolutely stunning!! The home was so pretty too. Brian was a great host and was quick in responding to requests. I am a florida girl with no mountain driving experience. The drive into the driveway was scary for me. But if you have experience in this area, that drive should be easy. :0) Overall, it was so worth the breath taking views. I would totally rent this airbnb home again.
