地理位置极其优越，位于IT PARK楼下有7-11，对面是ayala和夜市，麦当劳星巴克披萨烧烤啥都有，房东亲切认证负责，manager准时到达迎接和退房，因为飞机来的早还特意让我在早上八点就能入住，非常非常感激，下次来宿务会继续预定！

Great place to stay. Prime location, many restaurants and things to do. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would stay here again for sure.

Really enjoyed our brief stay at Nathaniel's place! I'll get my one qualm out of the way and say that while sound and light were a bit of an issue for me (I work nights, so the lack of blackout curtains and soundproofing on the windows was less-than-optimal), a normal person working normal hours or on vacation should have no problem. Unit looks exactly like the pictures, and had plenty of blankets, pillows, and high-quality towels (definitely not guaranteed in Airbnbs on the side of the globe). The wifi was fast, the aircon was icy cold, and the fridge and pantry had enough space to stock a family of four for weeks, though we didn't make use of that being two people there for a couple of days. Nathaniel and property manager Lawrence were quick to point out anything we'd need, and were able to accommodate our requests promptly. If you're not familiar with the buodong, just know it's a 2-minute walk to the mall and accessible by all forms of Cebu transportation. Highly recommended!
