No extra guests to stay the night unless allowed by host. Violation of this rule could result in your immediate dismissal from the property and assessment of a $500 fee. - NO smoking or vaping in the home. $1000 fee if this no smoking rule is found to be broken. -There are NO unauthorized pets allowed. If you have not been approved to bring a pet OR you have not paid your pet fee, you are not allowed to bring your pet. Those who break this rule are subject to a $250 fee. If you plan on bringing your pet and need to pay the pet fee, send us a message about it before you arrive. -You must pick up all your pet waste before check out. If any waste is found left behind you are subject to a $125 fee. NO POOL FENCING!! Please watch your kiddos and pets. Hosts will not be held liable for any injuries or deaths.
