Very cozy place to unwind after a busy time exploring the area

Sunny and Felix were very quick getting back to us even at late night text, they responded back first thing in the morning. Every room was kept minimal (furniture amount). I bet during summer time, it will be beautiful walking through the entryway garden. We lived in apartment prior to current townhouse so we are used to this - if you are not used to hearing people’s footsteps sound or are very sensitive to sound, you will hear some things upstairs, but it was very minimal. Because we are planning to move here in WA in the near future, Sunny and Felix gave lots of Asian cuisine recommendation. While we didn’t make it to any recommendations for this trip, we will definitely add it to our list next time we visit :) The only issue we had was getting out of the parking space. We had suv rental car and we had to go down to the dead end/Sunny and Felix’s neighbor’s drive way to u-turn to get out to the road. Small car the better probably. Thank you Sunny and Felix! Everything was pristine, clean, spotless and as described! We love the location with easy access to everything; restaurants, parks, freeway and amenities! The quiet surroundings are great for a home office or business travelers! I love the privacy of being able to work remotely! Thanks for being lovely hosts. K & S

Excellent hosts, very responsive. Property was lovely, easy to find and spotless when we arrived. Property rules and suggested sights are clearly posted. Beds are firm but we slept comfortably. Convenient location but do note that the roads are very narrow as you get closer to the property. The TV is old so you're limited to basic Prime, Netflix, or YouTube and it's pretty spotty. Also, you won't be able to cast. Overall, I highly recommend the property.
