The place has nothing much to do around and any place you want to travel will take 30 min on average. The host lives upstairs but that wasn't mentioned and there were also unexpected fees for laundry with $3 for washer and dryer each and the dryer doesn't work properly. Overall, the place is okay-ish and if travel cost is taken into consideration then it costs the same as any place you'd find near the downtown area.

We had a great time! Sandra is a fabulous host! Only downside is that it isn’t super close to down town so you do have to drive but that is okay! Loved it and would stay there again!

It was a very large apartment in a Toronto suburb. Very quiet, pleasant location. The apartment was super clean and access was also very easy. Personally, I think the apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures show. You can get to the city center from here with your own car in about 30 minutes and park there for about 7 Canadian dollars.
